Each year Embark, Risk Management and MNU are dedicated to thanking the Embark employees for contributing to their development and maintaining an excellent safety record.  On May 22nd of this year, Embark and MNU hosted a Spring Celebration to celebrate these accomplishments.

The Celebration included a luncheon, an awards presentation and a heartfelt thank you from Jeff Schroeder to all the employees regarding safety and quality.  Jeff defined quality to the group as the following:

• Meeting the needs of our customers as our customers see them.  To be a quality company, we must strive EVERY DAY to improve in order to serve the needs of our customers;
• Developing professional crew and management teams;
• Recognizing a job well done;
• Analyzing everything we do to determine if there's a better way to perform; and,
• Maintaining consistency in our operations, equipment and our procedures.

Embark is dedicated to safety and quality service.  Within this commitment of everyone on the team, they will set the standard for quality and safety performance within their industry.

In order to develop and maintain a "Total Safety Culture", Embark employees consistently display vision, persistence and discipline.  Employees were recognized for remaining accident-free within 1, 2, 3 and 4-year periods.
